Stand a chance to win 50,000 Enrich Miles with Mitvana’s Skin Care Product Campaign

[A] Duration

  1. The Stand a chance to win 50,000 Enrich Miles with Mitvana Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by DSAB Holdings Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1027578-M) a company incorporated in Malaysia and having its registered office at Suite 8-8-10, 8th Floor Menara Mutiara Bangsar, Jalan Liku Bangsar, 59100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as the “Mitvana”) and Malaysia Airlines Berhad (Company No: 201401040794), (“MAB”) (Mitvana and MAB are referred to collectively as “Organizers”) and will run from 06 March 2020 to 30 September 2020, both dates are inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

[B] Eligibility and Participation

  1. This Campaign is open to all Malaysians and eligible Enrich members, aged eighteen (18) years old and above (“Participants”) who have made successful purchases on Mitvana’s skin products online at https://www.mitvana.asia/mh/ from 06 March 2020 to 30 September 2020, subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

    Campaign Period: 06 March 2020 – 31 May 2020

    Miles earning: Earn 3x Enrich Miles for every purchase of Mitvana’s products online at https://www.mitvana.asia/mh

  2. Any purchase made on other e-commerce platforms shall NOT qualify for Enrich Miles.
  3. The last date of the order shall be on 30th September 2020 for eligibility of 3x miles earning.
  4. The following categories of Participants are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in this Campaign:
    1. Permanent/Contract Employees of Mitvana /or its Affiliate;
    2. Employees of advertising and promotional agencies for Mitvana and/or its Affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Non-Eligible Participants”); and
    3. The immediate family members (father, mother, spouses and children) of the Non-Eligible Participants are also not permitted to participate in the Campaign
    4. Permanent, contractual and temporary employees of MAB (including those within the Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad) and their immediate family members; and
    5. Representatives, business partners and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents and their immediate family members) of MAB.

[C] Mechanics of the Campaign

  1. Participants who are Enrich members will be entitled to 3x miles earning for any purchase of Mitvana’s skin products online at https://www.mitvana.asia/mh/
  2. Participants will automatically be entitled to ONE (1) Lucky Draw entry with any online purchase of the Combo package only in a single receipt via debit or credit card purchases within the Campaign Period at https://www.mitvana.asia/mh/
  3. Each eligible purchase in a single receipt is entitled to one Lucky Draw entry.
  4. Purchases made prior to this Campaign will not be eligible for this Lucky Draw entry.
  5. The Participants will not be eligible for this campaign if the purchases made have been cancelled or refunded due to any reasons.
  6. Winner will be selected randomly after the Campaign Period.
  7. Based on all lucky draw entries received, Mitvana will then begin to select the winner. Mitvana’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding. No correspondence relating to the selection of winner will be entertained.
  8. Mitvana will be giving away 01 winner x 50,000 Enrich Miles for the campaign. The Enrich Miles can be redeemed through https://www.malaysiaairlines.com/my/en/enrich.html
  9. The winner will be contacted by Mitvana via [email] and in the event the winner is unreachable, Mitvana hereby reserves the right to select another winner.

[D] Campaign Prize and Lucky Draw Period

  1. The lucky draw will be carried out after the end of the Campaign Period.
  2. Lucky Draw Prize Winner will win 50,000 Enrich Miles.
  3. The 50,000 Enrich winning miles is valid for 03 (three) years from the date of credit into the Winner’s account.
  4. Only one winner will be entitled to one Lucky Draw Prize.
  5. The Enrich Miles will be credited within 30 working days (from the date that the winners have been announced) into the winner’s valid Enrich Membership Account which is active and successfully registered.
  6. In the case the winner is not an Enrich Member yet, he or she must register at on https://www.malaysiaairlines.com/my/en/enrich.html first. Enrich Miles and Enrich members are governed by the Enrich membership terms and conditions published on the website.
  7. All prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other items or packages. Winners are not allowed to claim the prizes after the stipulated period, irrespective of any circumstances. No appeal(s) will be entertained.
  8. All prizes will be subject to its respective Terms & Conditions.

[E] General Terms

  1. In the event that any Campaign entry or prize is awarded to a person who:
    1. is not eligible for the Campaign; and/or;
    2. has committed or is suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to his/her transaction

    The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify such person from participating in the Campaign and/or from receiving the prize.

  2. All winners recorded by Mitvana shall be final and conclusive.
  3. Winners shall be notified via [email].
  4. All costs, fees and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the winners in relation to the Campaign and/or to claim the Prize(s), which shall include but not limited to the cost for transportations, accommodation, meals, personal costs and/or any other costs, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
  5. All Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other items or packages. Winners are not allowed to claim the Prizes after the stipulated period, irrespective of any circumstances. No appeal (s) will be entertained.
  6. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend or terminate the Campaign Period at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without prior notice. The Organizers also reserves the right to vary, modify, delete or change any of the Terms and Conditions herein contained at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, extension, suspension or termination of the Campaign Period at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the Participants to claim any compensation from the Organizers for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participants as a result of the said cancellation, extension, suspension or termination.
  7. The Organizers reserve the right to use the names, addresses, photographs, and testimonies of the Participants in advertisements and other forms of publicity including but not limited on the Organizers’ social media platforms in conjunction with the Campaign. The Participants’ participation in the Campaign and agreement to be bound to the terms and conditions herein shall be deemed to indicate their implied consent to such use, without any further notice, payment or consideration whatsoever.
  8. By entering into the Campaign and accepting a prize, all winners must agree that the Organizers have the right to picture, voice record or portray them as campaign winners in any manner whatsoever as the Organizers may in their absolute discretion decide, and to exhibit these material for all campaign-related advertising, marketing and publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Participants and eventual winners of the Campaign are hereby notified and deemed to consent to the Organizers’ right to use their name, voice, picture or footage, or the content of their entries solely for the abovementioned purposes.
  9. The Organizers reserve the right to substitute the prize(s) with of equal or greater value, if deemed necessary.
  10. Participants hereby agree to release the Organizers, their directors, officers, employees and agents, including without limitation, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agencies and branches, as well as all campaign partners / sponsors and all others associated with the development and execution of this Campaign, from and against any and all liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind (whether direct, indirect or consequential) to or in any way arising from this Campaign and the awarding and the use or misuse or possession of any prizes awarded, including liability for personal injury, death or property damage, except where prohibited or limited by law. All winners acknowledge that to the extent permissible by law, the prizes are awarded by the Organizers on an “as is” basis without any warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, and non-infringement.
  11. Participants will fully indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers, their directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns against any and all losses, liabilities, costs, claims, charges, expenses, actions or demands (including legal costs), whether direct or indirect arising out of a breach by him or her of these Terms and Conditions.
  12. This Campaign is governed by the laws of Malaysia and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
  13. If for any reason any part of this Campaign is incapable of running as planned, the Organizers may in their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign, or invalidate any affected entries without any further liability or any obligation to continue the Campaign.
  14. The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of these Terms and Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining parts and each part of these Terms and Conditions is distinct and at all times severable from the rest of the Terms and Conditions.
  15. The Organizers will not be responsible or liable for any claims, loss or damage whatsoever, resulting from or in connection with this Campaign or the prizes given out through this Campaign.
  16. The Organizers are the final authority to decide on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and as to any other matters relating to this Campaign
  17. All other Mitvana and Enrich Terms and Conditions apply.
